Cancellation Policy

50% Of Booking Amount Will Be Refunded For Cancellation 30 Days Before Check In.

25% Of Booking Amount Will Be Refunded For Cancellation 15 Days Before Check In.

No Refund For Cancellation 14 Days Before Check In.

Payment Is Non Refundable For Early Checkout. Change Of Booking Dates And Transfer Of Booking Is Not Allowed.

Occupancy

We Allow Two Persons In Single Bedroom, Four Persons In Double Bedroom And Eight Persons In Four Bedroom Flats. Extra Bed Charges Will Be Applicable For Additional Person.

Extra Bed Charges Are Applicable For Children Above Six Years Of Age.

Guest Identification

Government Issued Photo ID's With Address Proof Of All The Guests Checking In Is Mandatory Before / At The Time Of Check-In (Aadhar Card, Driving License & Voter ID).

Complimentary Breakfast

8:00 AM To 10:00 AM, South Indian Vegetarian Breakfast With Bread And Egg Preparations.

Party Hall

Terrace Party Hall Can Be Used For Private Parties / Dining On Chargeable Basis On Pre-Booking. T&C Apply.

Lift Cannot Be Used For Carrying Catering Items.

Pets Are Strictly Not Allowed.

Decorations

Any Sort Of Decoration Strictly Not Allowed Inside The Flats / Terrace Party Hall.

Smoking and Alcohol

Smoking / Vaping / Alcohol Consumption Inside Or Outside Flats Not Allowed.

Noise and Parties

Playing Loud Music, Partying, Gambling, Dancing And Celebration Of Birthdays Etc Strictly Not Allowed Inside The Flats / Terrace Party Hall.

Hazardous Materials

Storing Inflammable And Hazardous Materials Strictly Not Allowed.

Housekeeping

Housekeeping Daily Once Between 10:30 AM To 3:30 PM.

Utilities

AC And Geysers Do Not Work During Power Failures.

Long Stays

For Long Staying Guests Linen Will Be Changed Twice A Week.

Kitchen

Kitchen Will Be Equipped With Basic Utensils, Cutlery And Gas Connection. Additional Items Will Be Given On Request Subject To Availability.

Service Hours

No Service After 9 PM. No Consumables Will Be Provided.

Billing
